Founded by Yuzo Torizuka in 1973, Torico Ltd. Co. has continued to provide customers with both excellent service and products in a timely manner and at the best possible price. In the beginning, our mission was to contribute to the growth of the Japanese computer industry by importing the latest electronic equipment from the United States and Europe, and then deliver it to major corporations such as IBM Japan, Fujitsu, Toshiba, NEC, Mitsubishi Electric, and Oki Electric. Over time the needs of our customers has changed, and we have been increasing our product line-up and categories in order to better meet the needs of our customers.
In recent years we had extended the market for semi conductor and urethane form processing machine industries. Since 1998, we had grown to service industry to provide more high quality service to our customers; not only to market the machine parts but also semi conductor and FPD machines’ repair service. With the repair service we had gained the top technologies, and became able to more effective VA offer to our customers. This diversifies service became Torico’s one of the key business components.
Repairing these machines means in general to change a unit replacement by a manufactures. The replaced a printed circuit board (PCB) was disregarded as an industry waste. We, Torico, repair a PCB and decrease the industry waste and a customer’s cost.
We now built and able to provide repair service along with comprehensive support service to answer our customer wide variety of needs from a detoxification tower, renewing of quartz, power supply, monitor, AC monitor repairs.
We also have been keeping our aggressive approach for the new products among electric parts and as a one of the market top leaders of electric parts and urethane foam processing markets.
For our continuance global business operation targeting to Japan, US and Asia, we had established Torico China in Shanghai following Toriko USA. With this new network it will be part of our key operation for the repair service and new technology development hubs.
To support our business growth we effort on environment management system, Eco-stage certification, re-organize internal operation and business compliance.
